    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Front-End–led Full Stack Developer to join Dura Digital’s Digital Engineering Studio. This role focuses on building and maintaining modern, user-facing web applications, while also contributing to backend services when needed.</p>\n<p>You will work across multiple applications and teams, collaborating closely with UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, performant, and scalable interfaces.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-end development, enjoys working on real-world products, and is comfortable contributing across the stack.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write high-quality, maintainable code that sets a strong standard for quality and delivery.</li>\n<li>Build modern, user-facing features using React.js.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with UX designers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and well-structured interfaces.</li>\n<li>Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.</li>\n<li>Build reusable components and front-end libraries to support scalability.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot UI issues and debug application code.</li>\n<li>Optimize applications for performance across browsers and devices.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.</li>\n<li>Support and enhance existing applications as part of long-term client engagements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Front-End (Primary Focus)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>\n<li>Strong professional experience with React.js and its core principles.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. </li>\n<li>Experience working closely with UI/UX design and design systems.</li>\n<li>Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.</li>\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Back-End (Nice to Have / Full Stack)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.NET / .NET Core.</span> </li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud services  (AWS preferred), including:\n<ul>\n<li>API Gateway</li>\n<li>Lambda</li>\n<li>S3</li>\n<li>RDS / DynamoDB</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience building or supporting serverless backend services.</li>\n<li>Understanding of web services, REST, and web protocols.</li>\n<li>Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Git/GitHub.</li>\n</ul>",
