You will work alongside experienced consultants who will guide and support you while you build your skills in Power BI, data modelling, and stakeholder communication. <br>This role is part of the Data Solutions & Insights team, with colleagues located in both Vilnius and Amsterdam. Globally, Macaw has approximately 400 employees, with around 50 dedicated to data and analytics. <br><br>Your daily responsibilities will depend on two factors: the client projects you support and your interest in contributing to internal initiatives. Client projects can vary from smaller, hands-on assignments for Dutch clients (such as building dashboards or prototypes) to larger international rollouts for global companies. In smaller projects, you will take ownership of specific tasks with support from senior colleagues, while in larger projects, you will collaborate with a wider team and structured project management. <br><br>Regarding internal initiatives, these will align with your interests and learning goals. Are you curious about Microsoft Fabric, AI, Copilot, Azure Databricks, or modern reporting techniques? Or maybe you enjoy improving visualisations, creating templates, supporting trainings, organising events, or helping colleagues share knowledge?
