This highly autonomous role requires exceptional integrity, reliability, and accountability, as the Associate is responsible for managing all day-to-day warehouse activities with minimal supervision.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include accurately picking, packing, and shipping pharmaceutical products in strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards. The Associate utilizes warehouse technology tools, including a Warehouse Management System (WMS), to maintain records, track inventory, generate reports, and prepare shipping documentation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the primary steward of the warehouse environment, this role ensures the security, proper handling, and integrity of all company assets, inventory, and equipment, while maintaining an efficient, compliant, and audit-ready operation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>This full-time salaried position offers a comprehensive benefits package and an exceptional work-life balance with a 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday, with Friday off!). Employees join a collaborative team that values creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking in a fast-paced, solution-driven culture!</em></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately pick, pack, and ship pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures.</li>\n<li>Prepare and verify shipping documentation and labels.</li>\n<li>Confirm product identity, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates prior to shipment.</li>\n<li>Load and unload shipments as required.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely inventory and transaction records with a high level of precision.</li>\n<li>Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and support internal and external audits.</li>\n<li>Safeguard company assets by preventing loss, damage, contamination, or theft.</li>\n<li>Promptly report damaged inventory, equipment issues, or safety and security concerns to management.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment at all times.</li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or other regulated warehouse environment required.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and move packages in accordance with job requirements.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling regulated pharmaceutical products.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy under minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Professional demeanor aligned with regulatory and quality expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulated pharmaceutical warehouse setting.</li>\n<li>May include temperature-controlled storage areas.</li>\n<li>Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must pass a background check.</li>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
