If you are looking to make a real impact, to challenge the status quo, and develop and implement solutions with real results, then Wendel is the place for you!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wendel is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Senior Project/Construction Manager professional to join our Construction Management team in our Eau Claire, WI office.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide key, senior project leadership on Master Builder projects, where Wendel is both the Architect/Engineer and Construction Manager, from inception to completion to meet scope, schedule, quality, budget and client expectations by following Wendel&rsquo;s PM/CM processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as primary client contact and project leader on a day-to-day basis including developing relationships with clients, stakeholders, design teams, contractors and project partners, understanding and interpreting their needs and providing a high level of client service, responsiveness and value.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate clearly to clients and project design and construction teams in a way that is easily understood using a combination of exceptional verbal and written communication styles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with our project site superintendents to oversee all onsite construction activities, including management and coordination of construction trades and vendors, to ensure projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Review and supervise construction projects for adherence to plans, drawings and specifications. Develop and maintain master construction schedules, master project budgets, provide leadership in the proactive resolution of construction related issues, timely approval of contractor applications for payment and overseeing and control of all construction scope, schedule and cost changes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be responsible for and coordinate the submittal and RFI processes, lead regular construction coordination and scheduling meetings with clients, design teams and construction teams and promptly issue meetings minutes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in and provide leadership in business development, marketing and branding activities including identification of new client and project opportunities, preparation of scope and fee proposals, and participation in interviews, sales calls and networking activities.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in the operational development of construction related processes and procedures for preconstruction, procurement and construction phase activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in the strategic planning and be a major contributor in the growth and development of Wendel&rsquo;s Master Builder corporate strategic initiative.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BS Degree preferred, but not required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Multi-discipline design and construction management is preferred and PMP certification, licensed professional engineer, registered architect or equivalent a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in use of Procore Construction Management Software, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and General Construction Cost Estimating.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 10 &ndash; 15 years of hands-on experience leading and managing infrastructure and/or buildings projects in a construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidate must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation and must be willing to travel both locally and occasionally outside of our Eau Claire, WI region.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task on multiple projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a positive attitude.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be dependable, collaborative, and flexible.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have leadership abilities.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employee-focused company culture and work environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work-life balance including:<ul><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">Hybrid work policy&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexible work</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Great benefits including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Medical, dental, and vision</li><li>401k match</li><li>PTO</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">HSA and FSA options.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Career advancement opportunities with Career and Professional Development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tuition reimbursement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Parking reimbursement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wellness programs and health stipend.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation.
