This role will sit at the intersection of business</span><span> development</span><span>,</span><span> </span><span>Sales</span><span> and</span><span> technology</span><span> to build relevant data sets to </span><span>assist</span><span> in the growth of the business. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The successful candidate will play a key role in </span><span>building this new function to </span><span>identif</span><span>y</span><span> data requirements, optimizing data flows, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability </span><span>to empower the Sales, Product </span><span>development</span><span> and Marketing teams across exchange products.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Translate business requirements int</span><span>o</span><span> functional and technical specifications</span><span> for execution and ongoing optimization while creating functional output for business analyses.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead and </span><span>Define data models, schemas, data quality </span><span>rules</span><span> </span><span>and various collection sources </span><span>in collaboration with engineering teams</span><span> and development cycles.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> opportunities to automate manual or</span><span>,</span><span> </span><span>if </span><span>required</span><span>, </span><span>semi-manual operational workflows</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Create dashboards and reports to highlight relevant data points for internal sales and marketing teams whilst </span><span>assisting</span><span> stakeholders in building data driven presentations for both internal and external review</span><span>.  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>B</span><span>uild</span><span> </span><span>and analys</span><span>e</span><span> bespoke data sets </span><span>alongside</span><span> the product development team</span><span> and take part in project related analyses with the business development and strategy functions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>C</span><span>reate procedures for daily maintenance </span><span>with the view on ongoing development pipelines in conjunction with</span><span> technology teams.</span><span> </span><span>Act as a bridge between business users</span><span> and</span><span> technology teams</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Champion the </span><span>teams’</span><span> goals, educate and empower business teams with relevant and current data trends to create a </span><span>collaborative</span><span> and </span><span>entrepreneurial environment</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science</span><span>, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>1–3 years’ experience in a technical business analyst, data analyst, or similar role (or exceptional graduate experience)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>U</span><span>nderstanding of </span><span>financial and commodity</span><span> markets</span><span> with emphasis on price correlation fundamentals.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understanding of Derivatives products fundamentals including </span><span>market data, trade lifecycle, margining, and risk management</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical databases</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and automation concepts</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs, and system designs</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>",
