    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Garner Performing Arts Center is seeking motivated technicians equally good with equipment and people for occasional work, primarily nights and weekends with some daytime shifts.</p><p><strong>EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operates audio, lighting, video and streaming equipment, and/or works backstage during events as directed by the Performing Arts Center Supervisor</li><li>Prepare facility for program and participant use</li><li>Sets up and tears down sound, lighting, video/streaming, and rigging equipment as needed to meet the needs of each event</li><li>Interacts directly with clients to ensure all event needs are met</li><li>Enforce the policies and procedures of the facility</li><li>Performs facility maintenance as needed</li><li>Performs other related tasks as needed</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>Applicants must:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Be at least 18 years of age.&nbsp;</li><li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in live event production is required.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in the operation of analog audio consoles and digital lighting consoles is required.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Be able to safely lift 50 lbs. and move up to 100 lbs.
