Multi-Site Facilities Strategy &amp; Planning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and deliver a company-wide facilities strategy aligned to business growth (including new sites and expansion).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead planning for future sites, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure consistency of standards across all locations while allowing for site-specific operational needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Governance, Standards &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and maintain facilities policies, standards, and operating procedures across all sites.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, particularly in specialist environments.</li>\n<li>Oversee audits and ensure actions are completed by local site teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3. Specialist Facilities Oversight </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide oversight of unique and high-risk environments, ensuring appropriate infrastructure, safety controls, and maintenance regimes are in place.</li>\n<li>Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure facilities support testing, development, and operational requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4. Supplier &amp; Contract Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage key supplier relationships and facilities contracts across sites (e.g. maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities).</li>\n<li>Drive cost efficiency, service quality, and consistency across the estate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the overall facilities budget across all sites.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and value improvement without compromising safety or quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">6. Coordination of Site-Level Facilities Roles</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the escalation point for complex or cross-site issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">7. Project Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead facilities-related projects such as:\n<ul>\n<li>New site setup and commissioning</li>\n<li>Office or manufacturing expansions</li>\n<li>Infrastructure upgrades</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">8. Sustainability &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental impact.</li>\n<li>Identify and implement improvements to facilities performance, reliability, and user experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience managing facilities across multiple sites, ideally including industrial and/or specialist environments</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UK health &amp; safety and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Experience with supplier and contract management</li>\n<li>Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in technical or engineering-led organisations</li>\n<li>Experience supporting business growth and site expansion is highly desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pragmatic and solutions-focused</li>\n<li>Strong organisational and planning skills</li>\n<li>Confident in working across different environments (office, manufacturing, technical facilities)</li>\n<li>Able to influence and coordinate without direct line management in all areas</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Measures</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistent facilities standards across all sites</li>\n<li>Safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments</li>\n<li>Effective delivery of new site and infrastructure projects</li>\n<li>Positive feedback from site stakeholders</li>\n<li>Efficient cost management across the estate</li>\n</ul>",
