    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Job Description- </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement a national operations strategy aligned with Infravision company goals and objectives. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure Program management of nationwide projects as per specified parameters.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all aspects of transmission line construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover. Ensure close coordination for construction activities with respective PMs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all enabling activities for project success, stakeholders management for project success as per laid down SOPs. Strict compliance of all safety standards at site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead and mentor regional project managers, providing coaching and support to achieve successful project outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Foster a culture of safety excellence across all field teams, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working closely with Project Managers, QHSE, SCM &amp; other functionals leads to ensure smooth work execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Liaise with clients, engineers, and regulators to ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, budgets, and safety performance for senior management. Ensure efficient weekly, fortnightly &amp; monthly MIS.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3c78d8; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil,Electrical,Mechanical), Construction Management,Project Management or a related field (highly preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 10-12 years of experience into Power transmission line construction. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Exhaustive exposure into Power line stringing projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of high voltage transmission line construction methods and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence with a proven safety record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in project management software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extensive travel required throughout India</span></li>\n</ul>",
