Lead a better business.</p><p>The Stone Center-Bridgewater is seeking a high-impact Store Manager / Branch Manager to lead and grow our Bridgewater, NJ location. This role is ideal for a proven store manager or branch manager who excels at growing sales and profitability by building contractor-customer relationships, while also managing store operations and team performance.&nbsp;</p><p>This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a hands-on business leader who can grow revenue, expand market share, and improve overall store performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive store sales, revenue growth, and market share through contractor and B2B relationships</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build, develop, and expand a book of business with contractors, landscapers, and trade professionals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as a hands-on Store Manager / Branch Manager, leading day-to-day store operations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own store-level P&amp;L, profitability, and financial performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure strong execution of merchandising, inventory management, and product mix optimization</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Improve inventory turns, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain excellence in customer experience, service, and store presentation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with regional leadership on pricing strategy, promotions, and business development initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enforce safety, compliance, and operational standard</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Increased store sales and contractor-driven revenue growth</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong, repeat customer relationships and account development</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Measurable improvement in store profitability, margin, and performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High-performing, accountable store team and sales culture</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Efficient, disciplined, and well-executed store operations</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>5+ years of store or branch management experience required</li><li>5+ years of experience in distribution, building materials, landscape supply, or related industry</li><li>Proven success driving sales through contractor or B2B relationships</li><li>Strong ability to build and grow a book of business and local market presence</li><li>Experience managing P&amp;L, inventory, and operations</li><li>Hands-on manager and leader comfortable both in the yard and working directly with customers</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, inventory control, and operational processes preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Base Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$85,000 &ndash; $100,000 (based on experience)</li><li><strong>Incentive Compensation:&nbsp;</strong>Eligible for participation in a performance-based incentive program with competitive bonus earning potential<strong>.</strong> Bonus opportunities are based on individual and store performance and are subject to plan terms.</li></ul><p>The compensation range provided represents a good faith estimate of the base salary for this position.
