Coating in the Material Center.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Participates in the safe operation of all printing &amp; coating equipment on KBA print line&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Participates in a variety of intermediate-level skill duties</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepares and reviews work orders, material requisitions, reports and other written documentation for this operation.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in the diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in the advising of management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous/detrimental</span></li>\n <li><span>Create color books from samples generated</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure schedules request new samples when needed</span></li>\n <li><span>Make plates for PC1/PC2/PC6 &amp; sister plants as required</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist with HFI management &amp; work off</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage MeasureColor database with INX tech, use X-Rite equipment &amp; IGT</span></li>\n <li><span>Create new job folders &amp; update EO#’s&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Learn scheduling from planner &amp; filling in for vacation</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage job folders (put away) &amp; ensure they have necessary information</span></li>\n <li><span>Stage new jobs to ensure pressman have what they need on 1st time runs</span></li>\n <li><span>Follows all safety guidelines and ensures the Company’s safety program is carried out</span></li>\n <li><span>Documents all production, downtime &amp; quality checks in SAP/Infinity/Shoplogix</span></li>\n <li><span>Reports on anomalies to management</span></li>\n <li><span>Journeyman Coater operator on (KBA , Wagner, Inghor etc.)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to run coater &amp; assist in running KBA print line (cross train on HOE print lines)</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain all duties related to the safe running of the printing &amp; coating lines</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in maintaining appropriate quality with minimal HFI</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in maintaining appropriate production levels</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in maintaining appropriate changeover times</span></li>\n <li><span>Train stacker &amp; floater to fill in in the event of absence, vacation &amp; breaks</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform &amp; document all required QC checks.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in maintaining proper condition of line (housekeeping &amp; 5S)</span></li>\n <li><span>Work with stackers and truck drivers to ensure all materials are available &amp; stage for next job</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions</span></li>\n <li><span>Read and interpret layout drawings, ink formula cards, TDS/SDS for coatings, properly use shop mathematics, ink/color correction &amp;
