    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Description</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Digitain is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its General Business Legal Department.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Forming part of Legal Directorate, in this senior role you will ensure that company operates according to the highest legal, compliance and ethical standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will be responsible for legal matters related to the global business operations, including procurement, marketing, construction, works and services – supporting both domestic and international projects – facilitating cross-border transactions, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
