As an MDS Coordinator, you'll embody these values and help shape our workplace culture.</li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits:</strong> Enjoy a competitive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical/dental/vision coverage, an excellent 401k plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ND123</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate the RAI Process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient/resident needs and coordinate care plans.</li>\n <li>Conduct Care Plan conferences with patients, residents, and families.</li>\n <li>Provide education related to the RAI Process and ensure accurate coding of MDS assessments.</li>\n <li>Monitor Quality Measures and ensure MDS accuracy to reflect quality standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission to state databases and other entities.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulatory guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two years of MDS experience preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Current registered nursing (RN) license in the state of employment.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of the MDS 3.0</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Diversicare is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
