To be a positive role model for all staff, parents and children.</p>\n<p>Duties:</p>\n<p>-Share Christ’s love with the children in a nurturing, safe, fun environment</p>\n<p>-Engage children in activities and stimulating play</p>\n<p>-Manage classroom with positive feedback, encouragement, and re-direction</p>\n<p>-Teach provided bible lesson and assist children with craft</p>\n<p>-Supervise snack and playground time</p>\n<p>-Assist children with restroom use, hand washing, diaper changing</p>\n<p>-Professionally communicate with parents</p>\n<p>-Maintain a clean, organized environment</p>\n<p>-Be punctual and have minimal absences</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>-A Christian who loves Jesus and desires to serve Him at all times</p>\n<p>-Have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, able to relate well with children</p>\n<p>-Clear Live Scan and Criminal Background</p>\n<p>-Willing to complete Mandated Reporting Training</p>\n<p>-Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a group of children</p>",
