If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead MEP projects from inception through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.</li>\n <li>Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across large-scale projects.</li>\n <li>Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and supporting professional development.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.</li>\n <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead pursuit strategy, and author or contribute to proposals and qualifications packages.</li>\n <li>Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and with key client accounts to expand the firm's market presence.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings; prepare and present clear, accurate project reports.</li>\n <li>Drive consistent use of project management processes and procedures across the team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; </strong>PMP or equivalent project management certification accepted in lieu.</li>\n <li><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in MEP project management.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of relevant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes and standards.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or MS Project.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects.</li>\n <li><em>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
