    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: White Cloud, MI</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exempt/Non-Exempt:</span> Non-Exempt</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span> Full Benefits Package includes Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401(k), PTO</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type:</span> 100% </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs prophylaxis on patients, oral x-rays, sealants and take impressions.<br></li>\n<li>Provides and conducts oral hygiene instruction and education according to patient needs.<br></li>\n<li>May conduct community education and topical fluoride programs.<br></li>\n<li>May phone patients to give information and assist other assigned dental functions including office and billing.<br></li>\n<li>May supervise others.<br></li>\n<li>Participates in Quality Assurance and in-service training.<br></li>\n<li>Changes solutions in x-ray developer and keeps machine maintained as well as the operatory and equipment.<br></li>\n<li>May maintain a sterile area, help set up trays.<br></li>\n<li>May prepare new patient exams and emergency exams, patients.<br></li>\n<li>May perform S/RP on periodontally involved patients.<br></li>\n<li>Record full mouth probing depths and PSR scores.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of oral hygiene principals and practices</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of dentistry</li>\n<li>Skill in the use of instruments</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently</li>\n<li>Ability to give dental education to the public</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current license to practice in Michigan</li>\n<li>Graduation from an accredited school</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Family Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></p>",
