Along with the Chief of Coordinated Care, you will align affiliates in evidenced based practice and client outcomes. You will manage the coordination and evaluation of prevention programs. You will ensure fidelity by clinical and paraprofessional staff to chosen evidenced based practice models which meet the needs of children, youth, and families, and demonstrate outcomes while ensuring quality programming.
