    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Purpose: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Treat patients in the Rehabilitation Clinics to improve joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Provide treatment for medical conditions or injuries&nbsp;as prescribed by physician.</li><li>Provide patients with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening and rehabilitative exercises.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of patient files after each visit.</li><li>Maintain treatment room(s) in a neat and professional manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to patient care standards and HIPAA guidelines.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Position Requirements:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Massage Therapist License in the State of Florida.</li><li>Prior experience in a rehabilitation center preferred.</li><li>Ability to provide consecutive patient treatments over 6-8 hour period, based on the clinic&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Ability to travel between worksites may be required.</li><li>Professional demeanor and ability to interact appropriately with patients, physicians and staff.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Customer service oriented.</li><li>Computer proficient.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong>Fast paced Orthopaedic rehabilitation center.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods of time. &nbsp; Demonstrate manual dexterity and adeptness using the hands to massage. &nbsp; Occasionally lift, handle and carry massage therapy equipment (up to 20-30 lbs). &nbsp; Assist with transfer or skillful positioning of patients. &nbsp; Give and receive clear verbal communication to and from patients.</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
