At Halton Company, your wellbeing is our goal.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title: Maintenance</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In this role, the associate&nbsp;will perform light and heavy electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the plant.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on all machines throughout plant to include but not limited to welding, plumbing, wiring and computer programming.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able to perform preventive maintenance (PM) on all machines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able to assess and diagnose machine malfunctions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able to assist engineering department in new machine installs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able to operate machinery such as fork trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able to perform basic cleaning duties.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance technician must be able be able to perform minor facility repairs (i.e.: plumbing, lighting, electrical, wiring etc.)</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to safely and successfully perform any/all essential job functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">On the job training, training, and certification in operation of heavy equipment, regular training and re-certification required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use simple mathematics.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comprehend Verbal and Written Instructions in English.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience is required.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
