This role will also provide key support to our Business Development efforts to ensure project success and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and results driven environment. The Project &amp; Operations Manager will have solid experience working on a construction site and/or hands-on experience and familiarity with HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems. This role will work alongside project engineers and play a key role is advancing our mission and vision. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>This opportunity is available at our Pittsburgh office.</span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">P&amp;OM Priorities</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong communication, manage expectations and ensure deliverables align with client goals</li>\n<li>Ensure all WNA Standards and Client standards are followed</li>\n<li>Manage budgets, hours and project invoicing while overseeing quality check and assurance reviews and deadlines</li>\n<li>Support WNA Project Managers by collaborating and coordinating across design, engineering and construction disciplines effectively<br></li>\n<li>Communicate weekly with PIC, team leaders and all project stakeholders and coordinate with all internal resources</li>\n<li>Conduct project punch lists, construction administration visits and some site surveys as needed</li>\n<li>Oversee and organize digital design infrastructure, including supporting drafting standards, libraries, procedures</li>\n<li>Support the training and mentoring of drafting team members</li>\n<li>Contribute to and support business development initiatives and strategic efforts</li>\n<li>Foster a positive and productive working environment</li>\n<li>Continuously improve efficiencies  and outcomes<br></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Need</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years experience managing construction projects in various markets (commercial, education, etc.) from start to finish</li>\n<li>Experience working on a construction site, and proven hands-on working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection building systems <br></li>\n<li>Strong understanding of how building systems are designed and ability to read construction documents<br></li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project workflows, managing budgets, schedules and project documentation</li>\n<li>Proven ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and cross-discipline teams<br></li>\n<li>Proficiency in: Microsoft Office 365 and project management software<br></li>\n<li>Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, professionalism and self awareness<br></li>\n<li>Possesses excellent collaboration, facilitation, and analytical skills<br></li>\n<li>Physical requirements: climb stairs and use a ladder as needed</li>\n<li>Valid drivers license <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Why WNA</em></span></p>\n<p>Our firm continues to thrive in an ever-competitive industry where reputation matters.
