Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual, family, and group counselling services using evidence-informed, culturally safe, and client-centered approaches.</li>\n<li>Complete clinical assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to client and family needs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, community partners, and service providers to support integrated care.</li>\n<li>Deliver services in a variety of settings including in-office, schools, community locations, and virtually.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and ministry standards.</li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and reflective practice.</li>\n<li>Contribute to service planning, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This full-time position is based in either <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dryden, ON</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sioux Lookout, ON</span>, with travel required throughout the region to support clients and attend team or community meetings.
