    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>New Millennium\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This role will be responsible for building wired and wireless networks, improving network performance, creating automations for repetitive tasks, and monitoring systems to optimize and secure the network.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting the existing network infrastructure, with the ability to analyze the environment to provide optimizations, greater security, and needed automation.</li>\n <li>Building, testing and troubleshooting network environments, both physical and virtual.</li>\n <li>Monitoring the network to mitigate bandwidth and security concerns.</li>\n <li>Researching the latest technologies and threats to stay current with best practices.</li>\n <li>Deploying security patching and upgrades.</li>\n <li>Regularly reporting on networking access and security.</li>\n <li>Configuring network access and services (VLAN, NAT, NTP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent certifications and experience.</li>\n <li>5-7 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and switching.</li>\n <li>Experienced with network security and automation.</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
