    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Primary Objective of Position:</strong> Lays out vehicle electrical systems, defines wire routes, installs and tests various electrical components per order specifications. &nbsp;Troubleshoots electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.</p><p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li>Layout and install electrical systems and equipment in vehicles.</li><li>Define and wire AC and DC load centers.</li><li>Install, wire and test lighting, HVAC, transfer switches, converters, inverters, TV, satellite, and Wi-Fi systems.</li><li>Integrate generators into the electrical system.</li><li>Run and test communication cables.</li><li>Partner effectively with other technicians to complete the vehicle build efficiently and safely.</li><li>Serve as an electrical subject matter expert for sales or end-customers.</li><li>Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Attributes&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Able to read and interpret floorplans, layouts and technical diagrams.</li><li>Ability to perform work with minimal supervision and handle moderately complex problems.</li><li>Mechanically inclined and comfortable using a variety of tools.</li><li>Ability to think critically &ndash; recognizes connections, translates goals into action, uses strong judgment to make choices in alignment with strategy and company culture/values.</li><li>Self-motivated with good communication skills and with good analytical/problem-solving ability.</li><li>Fast learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.</li><li>Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability; thrives in a changing and/or fast paced environment.</li><li>Possesses a strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to work outcomes - particularly toward quality and safety.</li><li>Consistently works with an eye toward safety and continuous improvement for self and others.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical experience preferred.</li><li>Trade School degree, certificate, or courses in relevant manufacturing or electrical field preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical codes and experience with installation and troubleshooting of 12V, 110V-240V, 3 phase, and CAT 5/6 circuits.</li><li>HVAC experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to use or be trained in on Quality Control Test Methods (QCTM).
