    "description": "<p><span>Student interns at Humanex Ventures are exposed to all areas of the company with opportunities to lead projects, collaborate with others across the organization, and engage in project-based learning. Student interns work together on a summer-long project and present results to senior leadership. </span><span>We offer full-time paid summer internships and part-time paid internships during the school year.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Roles are customized to each individual's talents and interests as we get to know each other through the selection process.</span> </span>Student interns' roles may include one or more of the following:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Service:</span> <span>Create &amp; refine disciplined processes to support &amp; equip client partners</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Development:</span> Equip client partners with tools &amp; resources to select, grow, &amp; multiply excellence in their organization</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training:</span> Facilitate engaging sessions contributing to individuals' personal &amp; professional growth &amp; development</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Research:</span> Collect &amp; analyze data from surveys, literature reviews, focus groups, observational research, &amp; job descriptions to transform client partner organizations</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Humanex Ventures considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, the presence of a non job-related medical condition or handicap, or any other legally protected status.
