Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed, and grow Western Canadian communities together.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0cm;\"><span><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span><br>Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager, you will -</p><ul><li>Manage the C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.</li><li>Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, &nbsp;and image standards.</li><li>Lead store team positively and engagingly, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment.</li><li>Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>Have a minimum of a High School Diploma</li><li>You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling and safety.</li><li>You have good skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc).</li><li>You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.</li><li>You have 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0cm;\"><span><strong>What we offer:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
