As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship</li>\n<li>Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients</li>\n<li>Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app</li>\n<li>An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs</li>\n<li>Observing and following Draycott Nursing &amp; Care’s Health and Safety policy</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What about the role?</span></p>\n<p>As a carer with Draycott Nursing &amp; Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation &amp; serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">If you enjoy caring for people and making a positive difference in their lives, this could be the ideal role for you.
