Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Alton NH office Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Experience / Dispatch About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with customer service / office setting experience.  This role bridges customer support and brand engagement, ensuring every interaction strengthens customer relationships and supports our marketing objectives to ensure the customer is receiving the our 5 Star Experience each time. The ideal candidate understands the importance of the customer experience principles and is able to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions.
