Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Alton NH office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Customer Experience / Dispatch
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with customer service / office setting experience. This role bridges customer support and brand engagement, ensuring every interaction strengthens customer relationships and supports our marketing objectives to ensure the customer is receiving the our 5 Star Experience each time.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of the customer experience principles and is able to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction and brand standards
Support marketing initiatives by communicating promotions, campaigns, and product updates to customers
Gather and document customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements
Assist in executing email campaigns, surveys, and customer engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and customer experience
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn industry CRM systems and digital communication tools
Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multiphone line skills
