Loving Air is in the need of an experienced a Customer Service Representative
The position of a Customer Service Representative is to respond and assist in the resolution of customer concerns with exceptional customer service reflective of Loving Air’s values by ensuring that the first interaction with the customer exceeds their expectations in terms of service quality.
A Customer Service Customer Service Representative must posses the following Core Values we at Loving Air strongly believe in:
- Act with a sense of Urgency . Make each customer feel like they are our top priority in all interactions .
- Must be a Positive Attitude and want to work in environment where fun is encouraged.
- Must be a Team Player and understand how their actions affect not only the company’s reputation, but that of everyone that works for Loving Air.
- Must be Willing to learn new skills and share those newly learned skills with their coworkers.
- Must always conduct themselves with Integrity , do what they say and say what they do.

Requirements for Customer Service Representatives are, but not limited to, the following :
- Minimum of 3-5 years customer service-related experience; HVAC experience will be helpful.
- Outbound Sales Experience (Cold Calling, Lead Generated List, Existing Customer List) needed.
- Coordinate appointments for technicians at customer sites to maximize productivity and be the liaison between the company, technician and customer. Dispatching and Routing skills are a plus!
- Data entry skills required - Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong experience with all Microsoft Office Suites to including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full-time position Monday – Friday between 7:30am – 4:30pm, however subject to change
- Personable and customer-focused. Must be polite, courteous, and prepared to assist
- Willingness to consistently go above and beyond
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with the following:
- Daily multi-phone lines and email interaction with customers, vendors, and technicians
- Must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as needed that may arise from time to time
- Filing, Customer Service, and more
- Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain technician schedules
- Schedule calls, enter service calls, and debrief with technicians.
- Contact customers if there is a delay in their scheduled time.
- Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills
- 100% Schedule adherence expected
