Participants in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, on-call, and evaluation of nursing staff.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment.&nbsp;</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records, including but not limited to care plans, assessments.&nbsp;</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Coordinates, conducts, and documents, resident care plans and conference in conjunction with or in the absence of the Director of Health Services.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Responds to emergency calls as necessary.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Functions as the Director of Health Services in his/her absence.&nbsp;</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Participants in family/resident counseling.&nbsp;</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Coordinates with Move-in Coordinator to ensure all regulatory documents are present prior to admission.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Assures timeliness of physician visits.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Accompanies physicians when making rounds.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Notifies physician and family of changes in resident's condition.</li>\n    </ul></td>\n  </tr>\n </tbody>\n</table>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:&nbsp;</strong>\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <table>\n    <tbody>\n     <tr>\n      <td>LPN currently licensed and in good standing in the state.&nbsp;</td>\n     </tr>\n     <tr>\n      <td>\n       <ul>\n        <li>Current CPR certification.&nbsp;</li>\n       </ul></td>\n     </tr>\n     <tr>\n      <td>\n       <ul>\n        <li>Senior Care experience with a good understading of regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n       </ul></td>\n     </tr>\n     <tr>\n      <td>\n       <ul>\n        <li>Staffing/Scheduling experience is preferred.</li>\n       </ul></td>\n     </tr>\n     <tr>\n      <td>\n       <ul>\n        <li>Supervisory experience is preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n       </ul></td>\n     </tr>\n    </tbody>\n   </table>\n  </div>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
