This seasonal ministry position exists to support this vision by assisting with ministry outreach efforts, and producing media that makes the story of God’s work in our community known to others.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Youth Dynamics is seeking to hire individuals with an appetite for adventure, love for the outdoors, and desire to partner with God’s heart for missions this summer. Individuals who are talented, passionate, dynamic, teachable, and committed will make valuable additions to our guide team. Candidates should be excited to <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">work hard behind the scenes,</span> and learn how to weave media production in the outdoors together with God’s heart for missions.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you want to partner with this vision for communities to hear about and know Christ and each other in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, this is the role for you!<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities and Expectations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture photography and videography content of Youth Dynamics ministry efforts<br></li>\n<li>Organize and curate a media catalog<br></li>\n<li>Collaborate with other staff to produce and publish media content<br></li>\n<li>Support team ministry outreach efforts<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to:</span> Local Staffing Manager</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Locations available:</span> Horseshoe Bend, ID, Canby, OR, and Leavenworth, WA.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Works Collaboratively with:</span> Local Marketing Staff<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>18+ years of age or older</li>\n<li>Passion for sharing about Jesus with teens<br></li>\n<li>Proven ability to produce digital content in line with Youth Dynamics’ brand<br></li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to learn and adapt<br></li>\n<li>Desire and ability to work in an outdoor environment<br></li>\n<li>Strong work ethic<br></li>\n<li>Sufficient physical fitness to operate in an extended, backcountry setting</li>\n<li>Ownership of personal, professional camera equipment (Ministry will provide editing platform)<br></li>\n<li>Willingness to raise financial support to cover ministry expenses and summer salary:<br>\n<ul>\n<li>Idaho and Washington: $1,700 + salary<br></li>\n<li>Oregon: $700 + salary</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation - The Support Raising Journey:</span></p>\n<p>Youth Dynamics partners with Via Generosity (www.viagenerosity.org) to offer the best and most updated training on raising personal support. You will be provided with a personal support raising coach as well as all of the necessary training and resources to successfully:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a team of individuals to partner with you as a summer missionary</li>\n<li>Raise 100% of salary and necessary ministry expenses to meet your financial goals<br>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff hires set their own support raising goals according to their financial need<br></li>\n<li>Summer staff take home, on average, $1,000-3,000 from their ministry partner donations<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Best-in-class training to develop financial vitality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Job Type: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Seasonal</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Status: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Open until filled.</span></p>",
