          "text": "<p>The <strong>Due Diligence Execution Manager</strong> is a senior leadership role responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Due Diligence and Investigations (DD&amp;I) program for major urban transit infrastructure projects in Hamilton, ON, Canada.</p><p>This position operates within a multidisciplinary project environment and is accountable for integrating environmental, geotechnical, utilities, and other investigation disciplines into a cohesive program that informs design, construction, and risk management. The role ensures that field investigations are executed efficiently, risks are identified and managed proactively, and outputs meet project, regulatory, and governance requirements.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>DD&amp;I Program Leadership &amp; Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the planning, integration, and execution of multidisciplinary DD&amp;I programs, including coordination of environmental, geotechnical, and utility investigations.</li><li>Oversee field program scheduling, logistics, and execution in collaboration with safety, procurement, permitting (PLAA), OR/third-party, and project controls teams.</li><li>Monitor program performance, including progress, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery timelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Integration, Risk Management &amp; Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Lead identification of additional investigation requirements in collaboration with Design, Construction, and Environmental teams.</li><li>Direct the development of scope, schedules, permitting strategies, and cost estimates for additional DD&amp;I work for approval by project leadership (e.g., AMT/ALT).</li><li>Provide governance reporting, risk assessments, and decision support to senior leadership, ensuring due diligence outcomes are clearly communicated and actionable.</li></ul><p><strong>Why join Egis?</strong></p><p>At Egis, your skills and aspirations will find the perfect environment to thrive.
