As an Investment Production Associate at Fidelity Investments, you will have a meaningful role creating, managing, and delivering high-quality, client-ready marketing materials across various products and asset classes. This fast-paced position demands great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects during the collateral production process. Supporting the complete production process and timely delivery of financial product collateral, including data validation, content updates, compliance coordination, and final distribution. Ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials, accomplishing updates accurately and efficiently. Handling a range of recurring and ad hoc assignments such as research, reporting, and data sourcing. This involves demonstrating growing knowledge of in-house systems and third-party platforms to deliver timely and adaptable outputs. Finding opportunities for continuous improvement, improving workflows through scalability, automation, and process optimization across data, reporting, and collateral production. Collaborate with team members, marketing colleagues, and product partners to ensure all reoccurring deliverables are completed on schedule with the latest and accurate content and data. The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring a solid foundation in communication, analytical thinking, and research, supported by a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, or marketing. You show careful attention to detail working with large and complex datasets, and have a proven track record to deliver consistent high-quality work. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). You also have a curiosity to quickly learn and progress with internal systems and external tools like Morningstar Direct and Seismic. Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot), macro programming, and process automation is desirable. The Team We are part of the Investment Marketing Services group, a division of FI and Asset Management Marketing. Our team specializes in providing comprehensive marketing support for Fidelity’s financial products. We collaborate closely with key partners across Marketing, FI Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions, Institutional Portfolio Management, and Technology. Our mission is to support asset growth and retention by delivering impactful marketing materials that reflect our dedication to excellence!
