    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">In order to fulfill the job functions listed below an individual must meet the following minimum qualifications.</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicate effectively in person, on the telephone, and in writing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minimum of one year experience in institutional/commercial food preparation. (Preferred)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Be a minimum of 18 years of age.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have a tuberculosis test, back evaluation, and be approved for duty by the Medical Director.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all Facility policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all policies and procedures as may be established by your Director.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all safety, universal precautions and infection control policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Present a friendly, calm, cooperative, positive manner<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">On occasion may need to lift up to 40 lbs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prompt and regular attendance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Availability to work all shifts AM, PM (11:30-7:30pm), and weekends including holidays</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Complete all job assignments in a timely manner.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform all functions in the Dietary Department in strict adherence to portion, consistency, dietary, and</span> <span style=\"font-size: 16px\">sanitary requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prepare &amp; serve food and beverages for meals, snacks, supplements and special events.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prepare individual meal trays.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve residents in the dining room.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Deliver food and beverages throughout the Facility as required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clean work area, equipment and utensils.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clean dining room tables.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clean dishes, cups, silverware, etc.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Sweep and mop work area.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Receive and store supplies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assume duties and responsibilities of cook as needed, provided you have proven competency to cook following </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">HACCP guidelines. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Requisition supplies through Director, as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.</span></p>",
