You will report to the Marketing Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute paid social media strategies, primarily on Meta/Facebook.</li><li>Manage Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and<br>optimization.</li><li>Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines.<br>Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and hone value<br>prop messaging.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.<br>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing<br>objectives.</li><li>Explore and potentially expand to other paid social channels like YouTube and TikTok<br>based on Facebook campaign success.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on<br>Facebook Ads Manager.</li><li>Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful Facebook ad campaigns<br>(please provide examples or portfolio).</li><li>Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including targeting options,<br>bidding strategies, and ad formats.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li><strong>Ability to work in US time zone, 40 hours per week</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay, always in US dollars</li><li>Work remotely from the comfort of your home</li><li>Health & wellness benefit</li><li>Paid holidays and time off</li><li>Performance and referral bonuses</li><li>Global exposure to the world’s best companies</li></ul>",
