Our technologies have been deployed by NASA, including applications on the Space Station and Mars Rover.</p><p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>New Product Introduction Manager</p><p><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;</strong>Exempt</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$107,000 - $174,000</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Vice President of Sales and Marketing</p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Onsite</p><p><strong>KULR Technology Location:&nbsp;</strong>Webster, Texas</p><p><strong>Travel:&nbsp;</strong>Some travel required for customer meetings, conferences, and design reviews.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p>The New Production Introduction (NPI) Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new battery and energy storage products from concept through full-rate production. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer programs to ensure products are launched on schedule, within cost targets, and in compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.</p><p><strong><u>Functions:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end NPI activities for battery cells, modules, packs, and energy storage systems from development through production release.</li><li>Develop and manage NPI project structures, including timelines, build plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting.</li><li>Serve as the primary cross-functional owner for new product launches, coordinating efforts across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management.</li><li>Oversee EVT/DVT/PVT phases, pilot builds, production readiness reviews, and transition-to-production activities.</li><li>Drive DFMEA, PFMEA, process validation, and design-for-manufacturability (DFM/DFA) efforts to support scalable and reliable production.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and customer requirements (e.g., UN 38.3, UL, MIL-STD, aerospace or space-flight standards).</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and supply-chain risks throughout the product introduction lifecycle.</li><li>Own BOM accuracy, cost targets, yield improvement initiatives, and key launch performance metrics.</li><li>Support customer design reviews, qualification campaigns, and decision-making processes related to new product introduction.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to support efficient and safe production ramp-up.</li><li>Other job-related duties as assigned. &nbsp;
