    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Working from given instructions, will load programs into the controller, review the program and do intermediate setup of machine tools through first piece inspection approval.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accountable for manufacturing complex parts and machine maintenance.</li><li>Able to control product quality during production runs using calipers, dial bore gages, micrometers, etc.</li><li>Measure and work with tight tolerance in accordance with control plan and blueprint.</li><li>Good working knowledge of proper machine operation and safety.</li><li>Manufacture product with tight tolerance in accordance with CAD models and blueprints.</li><li>May work with prototypes for potential future work.</li><li>Must be able to develop and machine basic fixtures with or without prints.</li><li>Keeps work area clean and organized.</li><li>Must be able to change tools and offsets.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>When requested, may work on special projects and various related assignments.</li><li>May be required to edit programs at machine.</li><li>May be requested to instruct other personnel on the machine operation.</li><li>May be required to work in various areas of operations when necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other related duties and assignments as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
