    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Maintenance Supervisor</p><p><strong>Employment Type:&nbsp;</strong>Full-Time, Exempt&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Maintenance Supervisor will provide support to the Maintenance team and the facility through direct and indirect involvement in all maintenance Technician tasks.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Actively support a Safety Culture and engage in continuous improvement and communication throughout the company</li><li>Manage work assignments to support achievement of production goals</li><li>Work with all Engineers to develop and execute attainable work practices in each process area &nbsp;</li><li>Develop an understanding of the maintenance skill set and provide leadership to improve the individual and teams added value</li><li>Understand and execute HR Policies and procedures in a firm, fair and consistent manner</li><li>Understand and promote EHS policies and procedures to maintain compliance with safety</li><li>Communicate with the Maintenance team, between shifts and with all needed persons to maintain a constant workflow</li><li>Communicate throughout shift with manufacturing, Quality and Management</li><li>Monitor and report daily activities, emission readings, and safety items promptly&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties may be assigned as needed by management.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>May be responsible for moving Hazardous Materials</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to think outside the box to make improvements</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to read and understand technical information and prints</li><li>Utilize critical thinking, logic, and reasoning to determine the best and safest practical solution to problems</li><li>High degree of Emotional Intelligence</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to standards</li><li>Ability to act with integrity and professionalism and uphold the company&#39;s ethical standards.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and experience preferred</li><li>PLC and Utilities Knowledge and experience a plus</li><li>Knowledge of machine tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Supervision principles and personnel administration&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Speaking and listening effectively in order to carry out duties as assigned and lead areas</li></ul><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; of responsibility&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Engineering or Maintenance Technical Training Preferred, or 5+ years&rsquo; experience</li><li>2+ years&rsquo; supervising employees in a manufacturing environment</li><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience&nbsp;in Maintenance or Engineering roles</li><li>Experience working for a manufacturing facility preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical demands may include but not limited to the following:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and ascend/descend stairs and ladders.&nbsp;</li><li>May use scissor lifts or boom lifts on occasion&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to navigate throughout inside and outside the facility</li><li>Must be able to effectively operate a computer</li><li>Must be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to wear all required PPE while in production area.</li><li>Must be able to pass a (PFT) Pulmonary Function Test for respirator wear</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Medical&nbsp;</li><li>Dental&nbsp;</li><li>Vision&nbsp;</li><li>401 (k)&nbsp;with company match</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Paid time off&nbsp;</li><li>10 Holidays&nbsp;</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>Hankook &amp; Company is an equal opportunity employer.
