    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"border-width:0px; font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px; text-decoration-color:initial; text-decoration-style:initial; text-decoration-thickness:initial\">\n <div style=\"border-width:0px; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <div style=\"border-width:0px; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n   <div style=\"border-width:0px; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n    <div style=\"border-width:0px; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n     <div style=\"border-width:0px; margin:20px 0px; padding:0px\">\n      <div style=\"border-width:0px; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Position Purpose:</strong> The&nbsp;Night Operations Team Lead strives to meet store and night operation team goals ordering, stocking and merchandising products for general department shelves, displays and merchandisers.&nbsp;</p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">&nbsp;</p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>A Night Operations Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.</p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><i>A Night Operations Team Lead’s responsibilities include:</i></p>\n       <ul>\n        <li>Directing night crew personnel, meeting general department &amp; rsquo service level and merchandising goals and objectives.</li>\n        <li>Communicating directly with the store director and merchandising manager.</li>\n        <li>Ordering general department (grocery, non-foods, HBC, frozen foods and liquor) products necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.</li>\n        <li>Stocking and merchandising general department products in accordance with sales and merchandising department standards.</li>\n        <li>Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.</li>\n        <li>Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and always giving a genuine thank you.</li>\n        <li>Unloading trailers, receiving merchandise, auditing received merchandise, breaking down, positioning cases of product in the warehouse, sales floor or walk-in cooler.</li>\n        <li>Keeping shelves full and facing and building attractive floor, aisle and front-end displays.</li>\n        <li>Understanding the importance of monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement and the proper use of product shelf tags and signage. • Keeping clean neat and orderly work areas and warehouses, including well swept floors.</li>\n        <li>Attentively stocking dated perishable products, rotating them as necessary to ensure quality and safety.</li>\n        <li>All other related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li>\n       </ul>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:</strong></p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending</p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">&nbsp;</p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits</strong></p>\n       <ul>\n        <li>Competitive compensation, paid weekly</li>\n        <li>Retirement Benefits</li>\n        <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and eligible dependents</li>\n        <li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified courses</li>\n        <li>Scholarship opportunities for continued education</li>\n        <li>Store discount programs (10% off household groceries)</li>\n        <li>Fun work environment where you have the opportunity to nourish your community.</li>\n       </ul>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\">&nbsp;</p>\n       <p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Must be 18 years of age.
