    "description_html": "<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>Cadrex is searching for a Quality Technician III to directly support our manufacturing practices through development, evaluation, and continual improvement of processes using quality concepts, principles, and methodologies with the goal of consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations of quality.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Release product for shipping by ensuring proper documentation/certifications are provided as outlined by customer requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and apply basic GD&amp;T concepts&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in dimensional verification of PPAP and first article parts</li><li>Provide direct support to the production floor by assisting with interpretation/development of manufacturing related documentation and providing or teaching proper measuring techniques&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical inspection of manufactured and raw materials at “receiving” as outlined by the process</li><li>Collect data, evaluate, and present quality metrics</li><li>Program and operate FARO &amp; Micro-Vu measurement equipment proficiently</li><li>Attend department meetings as required&nbsp;</li><li>Prioritize work order tasks for QA lab</li><li>Audit internal processes including dimensional workmanship and documentation verification</li><li>Develop calibration procedures and provide calibration of measuring equipment as outlined by ISO standards</li><li>Work to establish closed loop cause and corrective action in reaction to customer complaints and internal process failures&nbsp;</li><li>Trained and efficient in all aspects of the position</li><li>Work quickly, efficiently, and without quality issues&nbsp;</li><li>Provide on-the-job training for new quality inspectors with daily responsibilities&nbsp;</li><li>Support management through implementing and communicating ideas, projects, practices, and decision outcomes to the Quality team?&nbsp;</li><li>Suggest and complete Continuous Improvement Projects&nbsp;</li><li>Guide, train and develop new hires in Quality Lab for all aspects of the position including work center tasks and Quality tools</li><li>Administer employee development training for the QA department</li><li>Lead or participate in Quality Walk Audits in Work Center Areas</li><li>identify and implement continuous improvement process and project improvements</li></ul>",
