The APP will have the opportunity to engage in the</p>\n<p>design and implementation of innovative worksite primary care services, aligning with the</p>\n<p>latest advances in primary care delivery models and corporate health strategies.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span></p>\n<p>• Full-time (40 hours/week) with a schedule designed to meet clinic and employee needs.</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM</li>\n<li>Tuesday/Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>• Some flexibility for early morning or late-day coverage as required.</p>\n<p>• This role includes occasional telephonic on-call support for evening and weekend medical operations.</p>\n<p>• PRN as needed / lots of flexibility. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Care &amp; Preventive Health</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care exams, preventive health screenings, and risk assessments to optimize employee health</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic conditions, utilizing an evidence based, longitudinal care approach</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Address acute health concerns, such as respiratory infections, gastrointestinal issues, minor dermatologic conditions, headaches, and musculoskeletal complaints</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Provide basic gynecologic care, including contraceptive counseling, menstrual and menopause health management, and routine pelvic/breast exams</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Administer and counsel patients on routine and age-based vaccinations</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Educate employees on health behaviors, self-care strategies, and disease prevention, helping them take an active role in their well-being</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Care Coordination &amp; Clinical Excellence</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Engage in evidence-based primary care medicine services while collaborating with the onsite physician for complex and high-risk cases</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Serve as a trusted health resource for employees, ensuring continuity of care and facilitating connections to internal and external specialists as needed</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Utilize data-driven insights to support patient care planning, including reviewing annual labs, biometric data, and wearables to personalize interventions</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Advocacy &amp; Wellbeing</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance care efficiency and patient experience</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Collaborate with corporate well-being teams to integrate preventive health programs into broader employee wellness strategies</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Serve as a clinical advocate for health equity, ensuring that care is inclusive, culturally competent, and accessible to all employees</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational &amp; Administrative Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Ensure adherence to privacy, ADA, OSHA, and other workplace health regulations as they pertain to primary care services</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Provide on-call support for evening and weekend operations as needed to maintain continuity of care</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Other duties within the scope of practice as assigned by the supervising physician</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Active certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Practice Nurse, or Physician Assistant</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Current, unrestricted Indiana license as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA), including active state-controlled substance registration (CSR) and DEA licensure with prescriptive authority</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Willingness to obtain medical licensure in additional states as needed to support employees across multiple locations</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Lilly does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this role)</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or direct primary care models</p>\n<p><span>• </span>APP will follow the provided approved Lilly Policy and Procedures.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>APP will have on site only those approved medications as outlined in Lilly standing orders</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Must exhibit a high level of customer service and client responsiveness</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Ability to work independently, with a strong emphasis on collaborative, patient centered care</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Position-specific skills assessment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, family practice, ambulatory care, or emergency medicine preferred.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (or willingness to obtain)</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Strong knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs), data analytics, and health technology platforms</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k) retirement plan</li>\n<li>PPE and safety gear provided</li>\n<li>Educational assistance and certification support</li>\n<li>Employee discounts and benefits </li>\n<li>Healthcare</li>\n<li>Company paid Disability, and Life Insurance</li>\n<li>A supportive team culture rooted in care and service</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Join us at BHS and be a part of a team that values excellence, integrity, service, and humility.
