As a retailer of high-end products, we strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every level.</p><p>The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and quality across all warehouse operations and will also interact directly with customers.</p><p>You contribute directly to the customer experience by ensuring that:</p><ul><li>Received goods match purchase orders</li><li>Products arrive in perfect condition</li><li>Any discrepancies or damages are quickly identified and communicated to suppliers</li><li>Inventory accuracy is maintained, preventing picking errors</li><li>Customers are properly welcomed during order pickups</li></ul><p>As all departments are closely connected, it is essential to work with precision, attention to detail, and a strong team mindset.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities </strong>(in order of priority)</p><p><strong>1. Receiving Merchandise</strong></p><ul><li>Verify that product codes on boxes match delivery slips and internal pre-receiving documents</li><li>Inspect all incoming goods and report any discrepancies or damages to suppliers</li><li>Perform detailed inspections according to established checklists</li><li>Accurately confirm and enter all information into the system</li></ul><p><strong>2. Inventory Control</strong></p><ul><li>Perform weekly checks to ensure physical inventory matches system data</li><li>Identify and correct discrepancies</li></ul><p><strong>3. Stock Management and Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Place received merchandise in designated locations</li><li>Update product locations and quantities in the system</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas (following 5S or health &amp; safety standards)</li><li>Perform routine inspections of handling equipment before use</li></ul><p><strong>4. Interaction with Customers and Carriers</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome and assist customers picking up their orders in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Receive and support transporters during deliveries</li></ul><p><strong>5. Shipping Preparation and Dispatch</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare orders accurately using packing lists</li><li>Safely package and label products for shipment</li><li>Process carrier delivery notes</li></ul><p><strong>Time Allocation (approximate)</strong></p><ul><li>50% Receiving merchandise</li><li>10% Inventory control</li><li>40% Stock management, customer interaction, and other warehouse tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Reliable, punctual, and courteous</li><li>Good physical condition; the role involves active work including lifting and handling products (toilets, bathtubs, shower doors, using equipment), and long periods of standing or moving</li><li>Strong team spirit and organizational skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, agile, and patient</li><li>Good listening and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Quick learner, able to become autonomous after training</li><li>Motivated and committed</li></ul><ul><li>Adaptability: able to handle high-volume periods&#xa0;</li></ul>",
