If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Certification:</strong> BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient in English.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>License:&nbsp;</strong>Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>&nbsp;<strong>Prefer</strong> (1) plus years ED RN experience.</span></li>\n</ul>",
