Current and valid California Registered Nurse license2. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.3. Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.4. Minimum of three year of Charge Nurse or equivalent experience preferred.5. Based on areas the following may be required:</p>\n<p>a. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current b. Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) upon hire and maintain current c. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) upon hire and maintain current d. Current Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate upon hire and maintain current</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>St. Francis Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. <strong>A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $42.37 to $54.60</strong>.
