With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision</li>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Employee meat purchase program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsabilidades</h2>\n<p><strong>Quality Assurance Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assessing product to ensure compliance with customer specifications</li>\n <li>Providing positive, professional ongoing training to production employees in regards to customer specifications</li>\n <li>Interact with QA Manager and Production Management for analysis projects</li>\n <li>Ensure that National Beef provides a wholesome, food safe product to our customers</li>\n <li>Monitor both food safety and employee safety throughout the facility.</li>\n <li>Assist in other duties as assigned by QA Management of National Beef.</li>\n <li>Monitor plant personnel and facility on a daily basis to help ensure compliance to all FSIS and Food Safety Regulations and Programs.</li>\n <li>QA will be responsible for notifying appropriate plant Management personnel of any deficiencies found and to take appropriate action as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform daily System Audits on products.</li>\n <li>Other Duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Cualificaciones</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Quality Assurance Technician should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Basic computer/tablet skills</li>\n <li>Beef industry experience is preferred</li>\n <li>Product knowledge of beef</li>\n <li>Good time management skills. </li>\n <li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and speak English</li>\n <li>Willingness to work and be on time when scheduled</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview (SP)</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
