This role is responsible for performing medical evaluations, managing acute and chronic health conditions, prescribing medications (including MAT when indicated), and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Operations Manager 12 (Clinic Director / Physician) ensures that all services meet <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMAR regulations, OHCQ standards, and Maryland Health–General Article Title 19 requirements</span> while supporting integration of behavioral and somatic health services. The Operations Manager 12 (Clinic Director / Physician) is authorized to bill CPT codes <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">99202–99205 and 99211–99215</span> for eligible services rendered.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between primary care, mental health, and substance use treatment, ensuring that clients receive safe, person-centered, and regulatory-compliant services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct face-to-face medical evaluations, wellness visits, and follow-up care for enrolled clients.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions;
