    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Seasonal Show Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of live shows and performances. This position involves coordinating with various Entertainment departments, managing performers, and ensuring that all performance aspects are in place. This Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of shows, requiring excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a Part-Time role that will work on average 29 hours or less and has a payrate of $21/hour.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities & Duties</p>\n<p>• Coordinate with various departments including lighting, sound, and staging to ensure all show elements are ready for the performance</p>\n<p>• Manage and supervise performers during rehearsals and live performances</p>\n<p>• Follow all rehearsal and show schedules, ensuring all timelines are met</p>\n<p>• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations</p>\n<p>• Resolve any performance issues that arise during rehearsals or live shows</p>\n<p>• Communicate with performers, directors, and Six Flags Leadership to ensure smooth operations</p>\n<p>• Provide training and guidance to new hires</p>\n<p>• Evaluate show performance and provide feedback for improvement</p>\n<p>• Ensure all show-related documentation is accurate and up to date</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications & Skills</p>\n<p>• Associate’s/ Bachelor's degree or related experience in Theater Production, Event Management, or a similar field</p>\n<p>• Extensive experience in live event production or show operations</p>\n<p>• Strong leadership and team management skills</p>\n<p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p>\n<p>• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</p>\n<p>• Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertaining to live events</p>\n<p>• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset</p>\n<p>• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred</p>\n<p>• Previous experience in a supervisory role in show operations or event management</p>\n<p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p>\n<p>• Proficient in using scheduling and project management software</p>\n<p>• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays</p>\n<p>• Strong problem-solving abilities, including how to handle unexpected situations</p>\n<p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>\n<p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and Leadership</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bonus Skills (not required)</p>\n<p>· Experience as a Vocal Director and/or Choreographer</p>",
