    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.45.22/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.45.22/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">We have an opening for a Tier II Network Technician to support the Intelligence community by providing technical support for the customer&rsquo;s LAN and WAN across the enterprise.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">JOB DUTIES:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The Tier 2 network field technician will play a vital role in supporting the installation and maintenance of the client&rsquo;s LAN/WAN devices.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Respond to and efficiently resolve incident tickets.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Implement standard network change requests.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide crucial support to Tier 3 network engineers for incident management and projects, including site surveys and coordinating the installation of new equipment.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Perform configuration management functions, such as updating topology drawings, ensuring accurate asset management records, and maintaining inventory.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">A minimum of 16 years of related/relevant work experience, which can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years of experience, a Masters and 10 years, a Bachelor&rsquo;s and 12 years, an Associates and 14 years, or a High School diploma and 16 years.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Must meet IAT Level 2 certification requirements.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Desired Qualifications: 8570 Certification.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI, with CI Poly.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Layer 1 and Layer 2 network experience.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI model.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Working knowledge of layer 2 switching concepts.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Working knowledge of basic routing fundamentals.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Working knowledge of Layer 3 protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Working knowledge of Service Now or similar ITSM products.</span></p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
