This role ensures system reliability, security, and performance while supporting business operations and compliance requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position supports remote work arrangements. All candidates based in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Staffing Agencies: at this time, we are not accepting agency submissions for this role.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>System Administration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network devices</li>\n <li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Network & Security Management:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols</li>\n <li>Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect firm data</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cloud & Virtualization:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtual environments</li>\n <li>Optimize resource allocation and scalability for business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Backup & Disaster Recovery:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans</li>\n <li>Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures</li>\n</ul>\n<p>User Support & Documentation:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Level 3 support for escalated technical issues</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary range for this position is currently $90K-105K and is based on technical skills, certifications and licenses, and years of experience</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li>\n <li>Up to 5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure roles</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Network+, VMware) preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
