The analyst also assists in the quarterly provision preparation and reporting process.  They will work closely with other employees in the department and will report to the Tax Manager.    ",

    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><u>Responsibilities</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare book-tax differences for both tax provision and tax returns.</li>\n <li>Prepare tax return workpapers and tax returns (federal, state, informational)</li>\n <li>Assist with the reconciliation of income tax accounts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain tax files/records (Including SOX documentation)</li>\n <li>Research federal and state income tax issues.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Other tax responsibilities as assigned.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Required Qualifications</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with good communication skills</li>\n <li>A willingness to grow and learn</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CPA or CPA eligible</li>\n <li>Experience with CorpTax</li>\n <li>Need to be adept at working in a dynamic and complex environment while leveraging available technology.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
