    "description_html": "<p>B+T Group is seeking a Senior Tower Technician based out of the Houston, TX office. This person is responsible for completing on-site field work associated with each wireless construction project and for providing guidance and on-site supervision to tower technicians.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):</strong></p><p>1. <u>Preparation</u> – Oversee and participate in the preparation of equipment and materials for each project so the on-site work can be completed properly, safely and efficiently.</p><p>2. <u>Field Work</u> – Oversee and participate in the completion of field work in accordance with client work orders, including measuring structural elements and appurtenances, installing feed lines and antennae, testing telecommunications equipment, and constructing modifications to towers.</p><p>3. <u>Documentation</u> – Record information associated with field work activities and provide related reports after completing work on the site.</p><p>4. <u>Mentor</u> – Guide and instruct Tower Technicians on proper techniques to ensure that field work is completed properly, safely and efficiently.</p><p>5. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.</p>",
