font-size: 12pt\">Apex Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous jobs (Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Implement maintainable trigger frameworks with a single-trigger-per-object architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Write Apex unit tests with 85%+ code coverage and meaningful assertions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Diagnose and resolve governor limit, CPU time, and performance-related issues in production environments.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lightning Web Components (LWC)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Build and maintain custom Lightning Web Components for intake, case management, and reporting workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Convert legacy Visualforce and Aura components to LWC where appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Utilize Lightning Message Service for cross-component communication.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Integrations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Build inbound and outbound REST API integrations using Apex callouts and Connected Apps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Configure Named Credentials and Auth Providers for OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Integrate Salesforce with external platforms including lead-source intake applications, BigQuery, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Ringba, Five9, HubSpot, Lob, and other third-party systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Build and maintain Platform Events and Change Data Capture pipelines.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Data &amp; Architecture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Write performant SOQL queries with selective filtering and governor limit awareness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Utilize SOSL for cross-object searching where appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators on custom object schema design and broader data architecture decisions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Release Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Manage Salesforce code using source-driven development practices (SFDX projects, unlocked packages, or 2GP packages where appropriate).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Utilize Git for version control and structured pull request reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Deploy changes through Change Sets, SFDX CLI, Gearset, Copado, or equivalent deployment tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Manage sandbox refresh cycles and data seeding strategies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">6–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) — required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) — strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Expert-level Apex development skills, including trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing patterns, and fflib (or equivalent frameworks).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong Lightning Web Component development skills using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jest testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Advanced knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, governor limits, and asynchronous Salesforce architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-tenant architecture and platform best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience integrating Salesforce with at least 3–5 external systems via REST APIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Familiarity with SFDX CLI, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD-style deployment workflows.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
